面试过程

1. Actively promote service portfolio in assigned market. Develop the relationship an d business to realize the budget an d targets set (incl. OR, EBIT, Revenue an d GM) an d to maximize profitable growth for ABB in service.
2. Support other BU’s business ( e.g. Systems an d Products via spare parts business).
3. Promote service products & develop service market.
4. Control the whole service sales an d order handling processes to ensure compliance implementation.
5. Implement company policies an d processes regarding service sales an d order handling.
6. Build up an d maintain good relationship with big/special customers to generate service need an d ensure a long-term cooperation & potential business development.
7. Promote service concept & develop potential customers.
8. Internal & external communication
9. Communicate internally an d with external customers on new policies an d strategies, coordinate among departments
Knowledge, Skills an d Experience
1.. Bachelor degree Or above, major of electrical an d automation is preferable.
2. >2 years of sales experience in engineering business.
3. Good communication skills
4. Good team work spirit
5. Good spirit of exploiting business & goal-oriented
6. Aggressive an d initiative on sales activity
7. Able to work under pressure
